Let us introduce ourselves
Oliver’s Kitchen is the culmination of several years of passion and planning by the owner, Lisa Bridge.
Lisa was on the verge of launching a catering company in 2008 when a serious leg fracture one week prior to launch intervened. The interim period has seen Lisa launch several hugely-successful hospitality businesses and spend a great deal of time understanding what her ideal eaterie would look, taste and – importantly – feel like. Oliver’s is the result.
Lisa’s passion is to create food in an environment which feeds the soul. Considerable time and care has been taken in recent years to develop a menu which elicits that ooh! feeling. Friends, colleagues and family have witnessed Lisa’s cooking and baking develop to an exceptional standard.
Oliver’s is named after Lisa (and husband Carl’s) first son, Oliver, who sadly died at birth in 2003. The couple want to remember Oliver in a positive and happy way – and creating fantastic memories for others is a fitting way to do so.
